Data protection
People data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped to the personnel required to deliver contracted services.
Access controls
Role-based access, least-privilege permissions, and multi-factor authentication for internal systems.
Data handling
Customer data is used only to deliver the contracted analytics service. Retention and deletion follow the terms of each customer agreement.
Incident response
We maintain an incident response process and notify affected customers in accordance with contractual and legal obligations.
Shared responsibility
Arbor Analytics is responsible for the security of the platform we operate. Customers are responsible for how they connect their source systems, manage users, and use exported data.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please email info@arbor-analytics.biz with details. We will acknowledge receipt and follow up as we investigate.
